瞬間決着麻雀（以下「本サービス」）の運営者（以下「運営者」）は、利用者の情報を次のとおり取り扱います。
1. 取得する情報
ログインした場合
- Google アカウントの識別番号：Google でログインしたときに、同じ人を見分けるために使う番号です。メールアドレス・本名・プロフィール画像は保存しません。
- 表示名：利用者が入力した名前です。ランキングや対局相手の画面に表示されます。
- 成績：1局ごとの順位・点数の増減・あがり・放銃・鳴き・リーチ・聴牌などの記録です。
- 牌譜：直近5局とブックマークした局（10件まで）の、山の並びと全員の操作の記録、および同じ卓の人の表示名です。
- ログイン状態：ログインを続けるための情報です（サーバーには元に戻せない形に変えて保存します）。
- 利用規約への同意：同意した利用規約の版と、同意した日時です。
- 目安箱・メール：目安箱に送った内容と、運営者からあなたに送ったメール（読んだかどうかも）です。
- 通報：通報したときの、通報した人・通報された人・理由・内容と、その対局の牌譜です。運営者だけが確認し、通報された人には知らせません。
すべての利用者
- 対局中の情報：表示名と、対局中の操作です。
- 端末に保存する設定：ランクバトルかカジュアルバトルか・三人麻雀か四人麻雀か・言語・音量・鳴きなしなどの設定を、利用者の端末（ブラウザの localStorage）に保存します。運営者のサーバーには送りません。
- アクセスの記録：本サービスを動かしている Cloudflare が、通信の安全と障害対応のために、IP アドレス・ブラウザの種類・アクセス日時などを記録することがあります。
2. 利用目的
- 対局相手を組み、対局を進めるため
- 成績・ランキング・牌譜を表示するため
- 不正な利用の防止と、障害への対応のため
- 本サービスの改善のため（個人を特定しない形で集計します）
- 広告を表示するため（下の「4. 広告」）
3. 外部のサービス（利用者の情報が送られる先）
本サービスでは、次の外部サービスを使っています。これらのサービスには、利用者の端末から IP アドレス・ブラウザの情報などが直接送られます（電気通信事業法の外部送信規律にもとづく公表を兼ねます）。

4. 広告
本サービスでは、第三者配信の広告サービス（Google AdSense）を利用することがあります。
- Google などの広告配信事業者は、Cookie を使って、利用者が本サービスや他のサイトに過去にアクセスした情報にもとづく広告を表示することがあります。
- Google が広告 Cookie を使うことで、Google やその提携先は、本サービスや他のサイトへのアクセス情報にもとづいて広告を表示できます。
- パーソナライズ広告は、Google の広告設定で無効にできます。また www.aboutads.info で、第三者配信事業者の Cookie を無効にできます。

5. 公開される情報
ログインした利用者の表示名と成績（局数・収支・和了率など）は、ランキングとして誰でも見られる形で表示されます。対局中は、同じ卓の人に表示名が見えます。牌譜は、その局を打った本人だけが見られます（牌譜には同じ卓の人の表示名が入ります）。
6. 第三者への提供
法令にもとづく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく、運営者が個人に関する情報を第三者に提供することはありません。上の「3. 外部のサービス」は、本サービスを動かすための利用です。
7. 保存期間と削除
- 成績は、アカウントが続くあいだ保存します。牌譜は直近5局とブックマーク10件までで、それより古いものは自動で消します。
- アカウントの削除：トップ画面の左上の名前 → プロフィールのいちばん下の「アカウントを削除」から、いつでも削除できます。削除すると、名前・成績・レーティング・牌譜・メール・目安箱に送った内容・ログインの情報と、Google アカウントとの結び付きを消します。ほかの利用者の牌譜の中の表示名と、通報の記録は、その人の記録や運営のために残ります（表示名は「削除されたユーザー」になります）。利用停止中に削除した場合は、同じ Google アカウントで登録し直せないよう、結び付きだけは残します。
- ご自身で削除できないときは、下の連絡先までご連絡ください。
- 端末に保存した設定は、ブラウザのサイトデータを消すと消えます。
8. 安全のための取り組み
通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）しています。ログイン状態の情報は、元に戻せない形に変えて保存しています。
9. 未成年の方
未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。本サービスは金銭や景品を賭けて遊ぶものではありません。
10. このポリシーの変更
必要に応じてこのポリシーを変更することがあります。大きな変更は本サービスの画面でお知らせします。変更後のポリシーは、このページに載せた時点から有効になります。

Privacy Policy

The operator (the "Operator") of Instant Mahjong (the "Service") handles user information as follows. If this English version differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Information we collect
If you sign in
- Google account identifier: a number used to recognize the same person when you sign in with Google. We do not store your email address, real name or profile picture.
- Display name: the name you enter. It is shown in the rankings and to the other players at your table.
- Stats: per-hand records such as placement, point change, wins, deal-ins, calls, riichi and tenpai.
- Game records: for your last 5 hands and up to 10 bookmarked hands, the wall order and every player's actions, plus the display names of the players at the table.
- Sign-in state: information that keeps you signed in (stored on the server in a form that cannot be reversed).
- Agreement to the Terms: the version of the Terms of Service you agreed to and when you agreed.
- Feedback and mail: what you send through the feedback box, and the mail the Operator sends you (including whether you have read it).
- Reports: when you report a player, who reported whom, the reason, the details, and the game record of that game. Only the Operator reviews them, and the reported player is not told.
All users
- In-game information: your display name and your actions during a game.
- Settings stored on your device: your name, 3- or 4-player choice, language, volume, "No calls" and other settings are stored in your browser (localStorage). They are not sent to the Operator's server.
- Access logs: Cloudflare, which runs the Service, may record IP addresses, browser type and access times for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use information
- To match players and run games
- To show stats, rankings and game records
- To prevent abuse and handle outages
- To improve the Service (in aggregated form that does not identify individuals)
- To show advertising (see "4. Advertising")
3. External services (where your information is sent)
The Service uses the following external services. Your device sends information such as your IP address and browser details directly to them.

4. Advertising
The Service may use a third-party advertising service (Google AdSense).
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to the Service or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to the Service and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info.

5. Public information
The display names and stats (hands, point balance, win rate, etc.) of signed-in users are publicly visible in the rankings. During a game, your display name is visible to the players at your table. Game records can be viewed only by the player who played the hand (records include the display names of the players at the table).
6. Sharing with third parties
Except as required by law, the Operator does not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. The services listed in "3. External services" are used to operate the Service.
7. Retention and deletion
- Stats are kept while your account exists. Game records are limited to your last 5 hands and 10 bookmarks; older ones are deleted automatically.
- Deleting your account: you can delete your account at any time from "Delete account" at the bottom of your profile (tap your name at the top left of the top screen). This removes your name, stats, rating, game records, mail, feedback you sent, sign-in information, and the link to your Google account. Your display name in other players' game records and report records remain for their records and for operating the Service (shown as "Deleted user"). If you delete your account while suspended, the link to your Google account is kept so that you cannot register again with it.
- If you cannot delete it yourself, please contact us using the details below.
- Settings stored on your device are removed when you clear the site data in your browser.
8. Security
All communication is encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in information is stored in a form that cannot be reversed.
9. Minors
Minors should use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian. The Service does not involve betting money or prizes.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced in the Service. The updated policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
